Financial whiz in the making

Hi, I am Ikram.

I am passionate about analysing and researching business/investment risk and performance to help an organisation make better business/investment decisions to achieve faster and more significant business/investment goals. Academic-wise, I hold a Master of Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Bachelor of Business Management (Entrepreneurship) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK).

Previously, I was a UKM Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) and Allianz’s Digital Development Executive (DDE). As a UKM GRA, my task was to gather, clean, and study data sets to achieve research goals, i.e., determine the determinants of consumers’ purchase intention for palm oil downstream products. I managed to collect 733 data and completed analysing it one month before the deadline. While in Allianz, I supervised over 1,000 insurance agents to ensure high usage rates of all Digital tools and initiatives. Furthermore, I trained 10 to 20 insurance agents per session on Allianz Digital Application.

Currently, I am a management trainee at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad.
